In addition to appointments at our location we offer HIPPA compliant telemedicine/video conference appointments

The guidelines for this service are as follows:

– You, the patient, must be physically in the state of Idaho during the appointment.
– You will need a good internet connection/reception on a well charged device.
– You must use a device with two-way video. Audio-only appointments are not permitted.
– If in a vehicle, you must be in a stationary location/not driving.
– It is highly recommended that you are in a quiet private location without children, coworkers, friends, etc.
– If the appointment must be abandoned due to above conditions not being met, the patient may incur a no-show fee.
– All intake paperwork must be completed before appointment is scheduled.
