Frequently asked questions

Where are you located?

1500 Pancheri Drive, Suite 4. It is a gray building with a blue roof located next to Hyde Drift boats and across the street from Camping World.

Can I make an appointment at your location with a therapist?

No, at this time we focus on diagnosis and medication management in conjunction with some therapy but we do not have a dedicated therapist in-house. Medications are most useful in conjunction with ongoing therapy so we do highly recommend finding a therapist in your area.

Can I contact my provider if I have an emergency?

Please call 911 emergency services or go to the closest ER if immediate care is needed. If services are not emergent, you are welcome to call the office at any time and leave a message if need be. Office staff will return your call during business hours and schedule you for the next available appointment.

Benzodiazepines:

Research has shown that benzodiazepines should be used infrequently and are not for long term use. Where appropriate, we will recommend assisting with reducing this medication and we are not likely to start new prescriptions for these mediations for long term treatment.

Do you offer suboxone treatment?

Yes

Do you offer ketamine treatments?

No, additionally we do not offer Spravato treatments at this time.

Do you offer ECT or TMS?

No, not at this time. If these services are needed we will refer you.

Do you have social services or case workers at your location?

No, currently we do not have social services in-house but we are happy to refer you to companies that do.

Will you accept new patients discharged from inpatient facilities or incarceration centers?

Yes, but just as it is for all patients, appropriate intake paperwork needs to be filled out before an appointment is made.

What ages will you accept?

We are certified to accept patients across the lifespan.

What if I don’t want to take medications?

We are here to help guide you through part of your mental health journey. We may suggest that medications might be helpful but, of course, it is your decision whether you decide to fill your prescription or take them.

Do you do neuropsychological testing for a client’s treatment plan?

If extensive neuropsychological testing is needed to formulate a treatment plan for a client, we are happy to refer you to a psychologist who offers these services.
